Partner organisations

For charities and volunteer groups helping people arrange travel.

Many people booking a seat here are being helped by someone else — a relative abroad, a volunteer group, or a charity. We have a few things set up for that.

Booking for someone else

Anyone can book on behalf of another person. The names and documents on the ticket are what matter; the card used to pay does not have to belong to a passenger. Give the passenger's own phone number as the contact, because the carrier will call it.

For organisations

  • Group bookings of four or more people, arranged by email rather than through the site
  • A named contact at our end who knows your organisation
  • Invoices for accounting, issued in euros
  • Advance notice when a route we both use is suspended

What this is not

There is no referral commission and no affiliate payment. We do not pay anyone to send passengers here, and we would treat an offer to do so as a warning sign.

Getting in touch

Write to carriers@buspoji.com describing your organisation and the routes you most often need. This is a demonstration site, so the arrangement described here is illustrative.
