Allowances, size limits, prohibited items and what happens to lost property.

Included allowance
Every fare sold here includes one cabin bag and at least one hold bag. Some carriers include a second hold bag. Your exact allowance is shown on each search result and on your ticket.

Extra and oversized items
- Extra hold bags cost €5 to €8 when added during booking, and more at the coach
- Bicycles require a reserved space and cost €12
- Skis and snowboards count as one hold bag when bagged
- Musical instruments over the hold bag size require an extra seat to be purchased
Items that cannot be carried
- Flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic or radioactive materials
- Firearms, ammunition and imitation weapons
- Compressed gas cylinders, including camping gas
- Loose lithium batteries outside the device they power
- Animals other than recognised assistance animals
Lost property
Items left on board are held by the carrier, not by us. Contact the carrier directly using the details on your ticket; most hold lost property for 30 days. We can pass on a request if you cannot reach them.
