The roles we need, and what working on this looks like day to day.
We are small. Most of the work is support: answering questions about documents, chasing carriers when a departure moves, and telling people honestly when a journey is not going to work for them.
What we look for
- Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken
- Patience with people who are stressed, tired and short of time
- Willingness to say 'your documents are not enough' clearly and early
- Availability for some evening and weekend hours — departures do not keep office hours
