For carriers

We work with carriers already running services out of the occupied territories. We do not commission new routes and we do not tell carriers where to drive.

What we ask for

• A current operating licence for the routes you run
• Passenger insurance valid for the whole journey, including the sections outside Ukraine where relevant
• Written change and refund conditions we can publish in full
• A phone number that is answered while a vehicle is on the road
• Notice when a departure moves or is suspended, so we can tell passengers before they set out

What you get

• Bookings paid in advance, so seats are not lost to no-shows
• Passenger and document details collected before travel, in the format you need
• Your conditions shown to passengers before they pay, which cuts disputes afterwards
• A page describing your service, linked from every route you run

Commission

We take a fixed booking fee from the passenger, shown separately at checkout, and a percentage of the fare from the carrier. The exact percentage depends on volume and is agreed in writing before listing. There is no charge for being listed and no charge for a booking that is refunded.
