Refunds when you cancel
The amount refunded depends on the fare you bought and how far ahead you cancel. The conditions for your specific ticket are shown before you pay and on your confirmation. The table below describes the range across carriers listed on this site.

Refunds when the carrier cancels
You are entitled to a full refund or re-routing on the next available service, whichever you choose, regardless of fare type. This applies to every fare including promotional ones, and the booking fee is refunded as well.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the booking. Most reach the account within 5 working days, though some banks take up to 10. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
