1. Who you are contracting with
Buspoji operates a booking platform. We are not a carrier: the contract of carriage is between you and the carrier that transports you, and their conditions apply to the journey itself.
Our role is to present available departures, take payment on the carrier's behalf, and issue your ticket. Where the carrier's conditions and ours differ on a matter of carriage, the carrier's conditions apply. Services run in one direction only, outward from the departure cities listed on this site.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is made when you complete payment and we issue a booking reference. Until that point no seat is held for you. Prices shown include all taxes and the booking fee is shown separately before you pay.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, including passenger names and document numbers. Carriers may refuse carriage where the details on the ticket do not match the traveller's identification.
3. Changes and cancellations
The change and refund conditions attached to your fare are displayed before payment and repeated on your confirmation. They are set by the carrier and vary between fares.
Where a service is cancelled or significantly delayed by the carrier, your statutory rights under Regulation (EU) No 181/2011 apply and are not affected by these terms.
4. Your obligations
- Arrive at the departure point by the time stated on your ticket
- Carry the travel documents required for your route
- Comply with the carrier's conditions of carriage and the driver's instructions
- Not carry prohibited items
5. Liability
We are liable for the correct provision of the booking service. We are not liable for the performance of the journey itself, which is the carrier's responsibility.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and the competent courts must be specified here by a qualified legal professional, along with the applicable consumer dispute resolution scheme and its contact details.
