Our commitment
Buspoji aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the whole booking journey, including search, seat selection, passenger details and checkout.
What we have built in
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone
- Visible focus indicators that are never removed
- The seat map is a keyboard-navigable grid, and each seat announces its number, position, price and availability
- Form errors are linked to their fields and announced, not signalled by colour alone
- Status is always conveyed by text or shape as well as colour
- Motion respects your system reduced-motion setting
- Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide
Known limitations
The seat map is dense by nature. At very large text sizes it scrolls horizontally within its own container rather than reflowing, and we are working on a list-based alternative.
Reporting a problem
If something on this site prevents you from booking, email support@buspoji.com with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two working days, and we will complete your booking over the phone in the meantime.
