Who controls your data

Buspoji is the controller for the data you provide when searching and booking. The carrier that transports you is a separate controller for the data needed to perform the journey. The identity and registered address of the controlling entity must be completed before production use.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as tax and passenger-rights obligations require, then deleted. Account data is deleted when you delete your account. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only. Specific retention periods must be confirmed by a qualified legal professional.
