Documents

Documents you must carry

The originals every passenger needs, and the extra rules for children.

This is the single most common reason a passenger is refused travel. Read it before you book, not on the day.

Every passenger

  • The original of a passport or ID document. Copies, scans and photographs are not accepted at any point.
  • The document must be valid — an expired document is treated as no document.
  • The name on the ticket must match the name on the document.

Children

  • Children under 16 need a birth certificate in addition to any other document.
  • A child travelling with only one parent needs documented consent from the other parent.
  • A child travelling with an adult who is not a parent needs documented consent from both parents or a guardianship document.
  • Children cannot travel unaccompanied on any service.

Services to Poland and Czechia

Every passenger needs a valid international passport. A domestic ID document is not sufficient. Visa and entry requirements depend on nationality and are the passenger's responsibility — carriers can refuse travel to anyone without what the destination country requires, and no refund is due in that case.

If you are missing something

Add the document check extra when booking. A carrier representative goes through what you have by phone before departure and tells you what is missing while there is still time to do something about it.
