How the pickup point is confirmed
Some pickup points are published on this site. Others are confirmed by the carrier the day before travel, by phone or message. This is normal on this network, and a carrier that does it is not being evasive.
When to arrive
- Be at the pickup point 40 minutes before the departure time.
- Vehicles do not wait beyond the departure time. A missed departure is a missed departure.
- If you cannot make it, phone the carrier — a seat that is released early may still be refundable.
What the driver checks
Your booking reference and the documents of every passenger on the booking. Hold luggage is loaded before boarding, so have it ready and separate from what you are keeping with you.
