Booking a seat
How to book a seat
The five steps from search to confirmation, and what you need at each one.
Booking takes a few minutes and does not require an account. You can book for someone else — what matters is that the names on the ticket match the documents each passenger will carry.
The steps
- Search: choose the city you are leaving from, where you are going, the date and how many people are travelling.
- Compare: each departure shows the carrier, the vehicle, the journey time, the luggage allowance and the refund conditions before you select it.
- Choose seats: pick a seat for each passenger from the live seat map.
- Passenger details: enter each traveller's name and document details exactly as they appear on the document itself.
- Pay: add any extras and pay by card. Your ticket and booking reference arrive by email immediately.
After booking
The carrier will contact you before departure to confirm the pickup point and the time. On minibus services this call is not optional — if the carrier cannot reach you, the seat can be released. Keep the number you booked with switched on.
