When a departure moves
Why times change on these routes, and how you will be told.
Departure times move more often on this network than on ordinary coach routes. Carriers reschedule when the road situation changes, and they will not run a service they judge unsafe.
How you are told
- By phone, on the number used to book — this is why it must stay reachable.
- By SMS, if you added the SMS updates extra when booking.
- By email to the address on the booking, though this is the slowest of the three.
If the carrier cancels
You choose between a seat on the next departure and a full refund, including the booking fee. This applies regardless of the fare you bought and regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
If you miss the departure
A missed departure is not refundable under the standard conditions. If you added flexible cancellation and told the carrier at least 24 hours ahead, you are covered.
