Kalyna Lines runs the most departures from the Zaporizhzhia oblast pickup points, using full coaches on the busier days and minibuses on the rest. An escort travels with every vehicle and handles the paperwork at each check.

Changing a booking
One free date change up to 72 hours before departure. Later changes cost €8 and depend on space, because vehicles here are small.
Refunds
Full refund more than 7 days before departure. Between 7 days and 48 hours, 60% is refunded. No refund inside 48 hours, because the seat cannot realistically be resold.

The escort made the difference

Short distance, long day
Sixty kilometres took most of the day because of the wait. That is not the carrier's fault and they were honest about it when I booked. Take water and something to eat, there is nowhere to buy anything.
Departure moved twice
