About Slobid Coach
Slobid Coach serves the Luhansk oblast pickup points, running full coaches on the Kharkiv and Kyiv corridors. Journeys are shorter than elsewhere on the network and vehicles have an on-board toilet.

Changing a booking
Free changes up to 48 hours before departure. Inside 48 hours a change costs €10 and depends on availability.
Refunds
Full refund more than 5 days before departure. 70% between 5 days and 72 hours, 40% between 72 and 24 hours. No refund inside 24 hours.

Left on time, arrived when they said
A proper coach with a toilet, which matters when the journey is seven hours and you cannot count on stopping. The driver phoned me the evening before to confirm the pickup point had not changed.
The shortest way out from our side
Six hours to Kharkiv, and from there the train onwards the same evening. The carrier told me exactly which documents to have ready. Everything went the way they said it would.
